Seeing all the huge responses, they have come up with a new scheme in which there are total 821 residential plots available.

This scheme is called as YEIDA 821 Residential Plot Scheme and is being launched on 31st October 2024 on the day of Diwali. These plots will be available in Sector 18 and Sector 24A.

Allotment Process

Yamuna Authority makes the allotment process by draw. The whole draw process is performed on various cameras and recorded from beginning till end of the session. It is a manual draw process where some school childrens will shuffle the draw machine and pick a slip. Whatever name is written on the slip will get a plot allotted on his/her name.

Payment Plans

YEIDA offers three types of payment plans:

  1. Payment Plan 1
  2. Payment Plan 2
  3. Payment Plan 3

Payment Plan 1

In this plan buyer has to pay the full amount if he/she gets the plot allotment. People get 60 days of time to arrange the cash either by taking a loan or by any other way. You have to make the full payment within 2 month2. Priority is given to this type of plan. Draw will be done for this plan first and if a plot is left then draw will go to next payment plan. 100% amount has to be paid within 60 days of time from the allotment.

Payment Plan 2

50% of amount has to be paid within 60 days from the issue date of the allotment letter.

Remaining 50% amount shall be payable in two equal half-yearly installments calculated from the 61st day from the date of allotment. This shall be calculated with 10% p.a. interest at reducing principal amount.

Payment Plan 3

30% of the total amount has to be paid within 60 days from the date of allotment letter.

Remaining 70% amount has to be paid in 10 equal half-yearly installments with 10% p.a. interest from the 61st day of allotment date.
